AAAAAH AAAAH AAAH STRESSED-STRESSED!!!!!

I'm really really nervous. I think it's one of the times I've been as stressed as I am now.
The fact is that I'll have to pass some exams next week and I'm really scared because it is oral work and I tend to block and then I know I will feel awful and I don't want to fail it because I feel it's extremely important for my future and I know I'm exagerating everything but I will really feel very very bad and I may cry when I arrive home because I feel like sh** when I see I'm a disaster!! And then this moment will be there all my life nd I don't want to have more embarassing/sad/awful moments staying in my mind forever. I have enough of that.AGGGHHHH!!!
Sorry but I had to write it somewhere.
(Now it sounds like a tragedy but I'm sure it will get better after a week).
Hope u don't have to do this kind of things next week :)
One more thing... Any advice to avoid getting nervous/shake/get blocked or something like this?? :)
