Morning everyone

I really have been staying up way to late that past few days and I know it's because I bring my Ipod touch to bed with me. Anyways I'm still trying to estimate the time frame that my album will come out and I know I'm only half way through recording my album so it's not really not a big deal that I know it now. In other news I'm hoping that I can actuary do a Q&A once my album comes out. Lastly I'm really hoping that everything in my life will change for the better soon but not to soon. That's all I have on my mind.

How many of you guys have had music either save you life or had a band change if for the better? I know I sure as hell have! Last night I was at a Pierce The Veil concert and I'd be lying if I said that PTV saved my life but PTV have gotten me though a lot recently. Right now this would have been around two years since I'd have been dead if not for MCR, and May is always awful for me. This month has been pretty bad and PTV were what kept me holding on, because of their song Hold On Till May, at the show there wasn't a dry eye in the room during it, when Vic got to the "if I were you I'd put that away" bit I cried. Before a different song Vic said "Raise your hand if music has ever saved your life", the entire band and everyone in the audience did. I just ended up in floods of tears and a friend and I just cried into each others arms.

I keep seeing all these moderated posts about self-harm.

I don't think it's fair that they stop us from talking about it. Self harm is NOT okay, but some of us (myself included) have been there and done that and don't plan on going back. I think that, as long as you don't post like "OMG YOUR LIFE SUX GO CUT IT'LL MAKE U FEEL BETTER", you should be allowed to speak your mind. If you feel like cutting, feel like it. Talk about it. Let us tell you that it won't help. Let us figure out why you want to, and give you tips on stopping.

It shouldn't be taboo. Between 2 and 3 million teens self-harm, and 70% of those cut themselves.

So basically I just graduated from high school and will continue my study in Portland, Oregon. Does any of you guys here live in Portland? I just think it would be nice to find/make some friends and get to know the city/culture/lifestyle beforehand :)

i just feel exhausted and feel like giving up. im almost 2 weeks without my demon, without my evil helper... without that silver blade.. yeah...

but im trying.. even if i have to lock myself in a room with nothing in it but my music, i will do it.. i cant keep doing this to myself. im better than it. we all are..

but my mind is so screwy. as soon as i think "im better than it" i think "Whats the harm in one little relapse?"

Ray Manzarek, keyboardist and founding member of The Doors, passed away today at 12:31PM PT at the RoMed Clinic in Rosenheim, Germany after a lengthy battle with bile duct cancer. He was 74. At the time of his passing, he was surrounded by his wife Dorothy Manzarek, and his brothers Rick and James Manczarek.

The purpose of this blog: I will be leaving my hometown of New York City at the end of this month. I was unfortunately never able to meet any of the Killjoys who live in my area (I've met some people who live here via Twitter, but I never actually got to meet them in person). I am being relocated, by force, to the city of Indianapolis. My mom thinks I will be able to make friends there. I severely doubt this, as I had found very few people of alternate interests there when I last visited (I found maybe two rockers and nobody else, not even comic book/anime geeks); however, I do have some hope, as I found out via the message boards that at least one member of the MCRmy lives in Indianapolis. Therefore, there must be more of us out there.

I have a school project that requires 5 artifacts of literature and one of mine is an obituary. I'm doing my project on MCR. How's it sound?

My Chemical Romance was a band formed in New Jersey, October of 2001. But on March 22, 2013, this life-saving band had a downfall. This blog post was posted on the official website by the band itself:
“Being in this band for the past 12 years has been a true blessing. We've gotten to go places we never knew we would. We've been able to see and experience things we never imagined possible. We've shared the stage with people we admire, people we look up to, and best of all, our friends. And now, like all great things, it has come time for it to end.
