OMG my ipod has died!!!!!! its been frozen for about 10-15 mins and i cant do anything with it, does anyone know what to do? or has it happened to anyone else??

So for the past three nights i havent been able to sleep very well. Im falling asleep at like 3am and wake up at 6am :/ i am sooo tired. Does anyone know how i can sleep better? music doesnt help lol :P
