"Run!" Gerard shouted, grabbing my hand and yanking me down the corridor.
She came after us as we ran down the long hallway. Frank and Sophie stood at the end of the hallway; they broke apart again to listen.
Their embarassed faces quickly turned to shock, seeing us and then what followed; her teeth were showing, and she was hissing violently.
We ran towards them, both of them still stunned, arms still around each other.
Then Frank either panicked, or came to his senses, shouting, "Duck!"
He took something out of his jacket, and threw his pocket knife at her.

I watched as the knife zoomed past me, heading straight for her; I barely had time to move out of the way, Gerard pulling me to the side.
It hit her, but it took a detour, cutting my arm as it flew.
I gasped in shock, before hearing the vampire screech in agony, and disentergrate.
We were with Frank and Sophie at the end of the hallway now, all of us panting. Frank sighed in relief.

We were in mainstream city, everyone gawping around.
I was right; it was nothing like home.
The buildings were lighter, almost beige instead of grey. They were smaller, with more windows, and less smashed glass. A lot less. There were even a few cas on the highway, so we weren't that out of place in our large truck. Even the people walking seemed happier, less grim and hopeless. Still sad, but they had hope in their eyes at least.
"Guys, we need to find a hospital, fast." Frank called from the back. I glanced back, to see him and Sophie leaning over Ray, who was covered in sweat, his eyes shut tight. He looked worse, and was breathing more shallow every minute.
"Step on it." I muttered to Gerard. He smiled, but it didn't reach his eyes. He took a turn down the next road.

We all went sort of mental. We had good reason.
Gerard, Frank and Mikey started swearing, loudly, kneeling helplessley beside us. Tom stared wide eyed, as me and Sophie tried to help, desperatley.
I was doing CPR as fast as I could, trying hard to remember medical training I had had a long time ago. I doubted it was doing much good. Sophie was doing mouth to mouth, trying to keep in time with me pressing on his chest, which was sticky with blood.
One, two, three, four.......One, two, three, four.......One, two, three four. Over and over again.

Gerard stopped the truck at once, his eyes wide.
I started to get out.
He grabbed my wrist, "You'll be killed!" He looked at the vampires.
"I don't care. Frank will look after me." I said back, before hopping out the door.
I ran as fast as I could to where Ray was lying; he was twitching violently, his arms pinned to his sides. Frank had already killed the vampire that had done it, and now he had my back. Gerard started up the truck again, no longer grining. Nobody was smiling anymore.

I have the sudden urge to eat melted cheese.
Caricaturing is a lot harder then it looks.
Addictions are addictive.
My fanfic has now reached fifty pages.
Like, no one is reading it.

"How can they have followed us?" I whispered back, not taking my eyes off the scene in front of me.
"I don't know........They must've been waiting for us or something. Maybe they figured out our plan......? Or they knew we would head for another city? Dammit, they're smarter then I thought." He muttered, more to himself then to me.
"You think?" I murmured back, and we both grinned.
"We're used to it now." He stated. "Fighting's just a second nature."
I smirked. "Not quite."

Okay, so we didn't dissapear immediatley.
We went back in the tent to talk to the president, leaving a very sad crowd behind us. They were still cheering, some of them still sobbing. They weren't angry with us at least.
The president turned to face us in the tent. Is it possible for a person to age in ten minutes? He looked about sixty now, the lines in his face a lot more defined.
"So what happens to you now?" He directed the question at Gerard, but he meant all of us.
"Um........We can't stay here. After all thats settled down." He pointed to the crowd outside, "They'll hate me. All of it was my idea. So yeah, thats one reason."

The person on here called 'toxicgasmask' is very cool.
My friend called Gerard Gary today.
She now fancies him, along with Rupert grint and Orlando Bloom.
I really hate James Blunt.
Dave Grohl kinda scares me, and i don't know why.
I watched Glee and it made me sad. Again.
Posted far too many blogs today.
My fanfic has come to the grand total of 25 parts. I need to get a life.
