What are My Chemical Romance About Now??

And note that this is coming from a fan of the band, who went from being a fan of everything about them to now just being a fan of their music and songs, I will be honest here, I lost all my respects for them and so pissed off so far to the point that I ripped every one of my My Chemical Romance posters off my bedroom door and walls, and I realised that I was so stupid and foolish to even think that I would never be pissed off and feel betrayed by one of my favourite bands.

I will be frank, I was already a little annoyed when I found out that “SING” is going to be featured on a little musical show known as “Glee”, I admit it that I am not a fan of “Glee”, but I understand that the guys have every right to do what they want with their music and songs, just like Kings of Leon and Slash had every right to turn down “Glee”.

Disney Didn't Tell It This Way...

“It will be Snow White and seven dwarves, but do not expect any hi-ho, hi-ho or bluddle-uddle-um-dum. The US media company Relativity has signed Indian director Tarsem Singh to produce an ‘edgy’ version of the familiar tale of the mirror on the wall that never lied. It promises to be in the gory tradition of adult fairy tales, rather than the sanitised version served up by Hollywood for all the family...” writes Andy McSmith of “The Independent”. “The remake will restore some of the gore and savagery of the fairy tales conceived long before Disney’s sugar-coated adaptations.”

I found a very interesting article in “The Independent” in response to a future film which will be reviving the original “Snow White”...and I started to wonder why did Disney have to sugar-coat all the adaptations of the original fairy tales?

The following came from the article:

X-Light Sentencing for Two Rich Brats: Fair or Unfair? Too Rich for Prison?

I am on summer vocation in Hong Kong visiting my family and friends.

I was watching the local news the other day which had caused a huge uproar and media frenzy concerning two people with wealthy and influential family backgrounds being given too light and unjust sentences for breaking the law.

Hip hip hooray!! The Yorkshire Ripper (Peter Sutcliffe) is to stay in prison for life!! Do you agree with the High Court's ruling?

The following article came from Yahoo.co.uk...

Yorkshire Ripper must spend his whole life in jail

Peter Sutcliffe must spend the rest of his life behind bars, the High court has ruled.
The judge, Mr Justice Mitting, ruled that "early release provisions" were "not to apply" after the Yorkshire Ripper applied to have a minimum term set which would have given him the chance of parole.

After reading statements from relatives of six of the victims, Mr Justice Mitting said: "None of them suggest any term other than a whole life term would be regarded by them as appropriate." He added that the "brutality and gravity of the offences speak for themselves."

Now known as Peter Coonan, the 63-year-old former lorry driver, from Bradford, West Yorkshire, was convicted at the Old Bailey in 1981.

Reasonable Age of Criminal Responsibility??

A criminal case last week provided a controversy of the week and rose a question as to the morality of trying children in adult courts.

Last week, at the Old Bailey, two small boys (both at the age of 10) were convicted for attempted rape of an eight-year-old girl. It was clear in the case that the two boys did lure the girl to a secluded spot in their estate near Heathrow, and forced her to remove her underpants. Even the defence barristers admitted "there is evidence of sexual assault and we do not dispute that".

It was under Tony Blair, in 1998, that DOLI INCAPAX--- the presumption that children under 14 don't know the full difference between right and wrong- was repealed, leaving England and Wales with one of the lowest criminal thresholds (just ten years old) in the world.

Just for fun....really random...

Credits to Yahoo TV Blog by the way...for listing some of Cowell's best put-downs...

Now that Simon Cowell has admitted being "appalled" by the way he has talked to some talent show contestants, we take a look at some of the TV star's most memorable lines.

The X Factor judge said on Piers Morgan's Life Stories, to be broadcast this Saturday on ITV1: "There's many, many times where I've watched the show back and I'm absolutely appalled (…).You become part of a mob and when you watch the show back you realise that you've gone too far."

So, is Simon really harsh or just funny? Here are a few of Mr. Cowell's famous put-downs to help you make your mind up…

"There’s as much chance of you being a pop star or a rock star as me flying to the moon tomorrow for breakfast."

"You have the personality of a handle."

"You sounded like you were being strangled."

"You came in, you called yourself champagne and you sounded like house wine."

This is an Insult and a Real Slap on the Face!!

This is a total wreck!!
This is supposed to be a cover version of the classic hit--- "Under Pressure" by Queen and David Bowie...and this X-Factor reject Jedward pair just have to kill and wreck it by covering this song when they can't even sing or dance, along with Vanilla Ice!!
I swear if I ever run to the Irish pixie (no one other than Louis Walsh), I'd kill him...
I salute if you can even sit through the whole thing...

I Really Shouldn’t Have Been Laughing? Should I? Or Am I Just Turning Into a Psycho??

Anyway, this came about today during my work experience in a psychiatric ward in a local hospital…With great thanks to my older sister of a doctor, she got me and some of my friends a three-month work placement in the local hospital where she works…and we all got placed in different wards depending on our preferences, and me, alongside a couple of friends got placed in the psychiatric ward.

Today was only our second day, and something happened to one of my friends which I just have to write it all out, otherwise I’d die from laughing due to my friend’s reaction… We were actually previously warned yesterday that in this ward, there are a number of patients who are convicted criminals, usually of really gruesome crimes like murder, rape and pedophilia, and today was the day when working and learning truly begun.

The Chilcot Iraq War Inquiry Confirmed One Thing for Me...

For those who had been paying close attention to the recent Chilcot Iraq War Inquiry (carried out by Sir John Chilcot) into the legality of the Iraq invasion back in late 2002, what did you learn?? Well, for me, it certainly confirmed one thing for me that the former Prime Minister of Great Britain--- Mr. Tony Blair was no more than a major ass-kisser to the former U.S President---- Mr. George W. Bush Jr., when he knew very well in the beginning that the Iraq invasion (especially when there was no concrete and sufficient evidence of Saddam Hussain WMD) was illegal.
Sufficient and concrete evidences had been laid out in the inquiry and reported by quality newspapers like "The Guardian". "The Daily Telegraph" and "The Times"...to show/suggest that:
