I am feeling a lot better now after my flu. I think I gave it to my cousin because she is complaining about a sore throat.

But anywho, I am really excited over the next couple of months. They will be busy times but exciting times. Today we celebrated my parents 7th wedding anniversary and soon I am heading to the city for New Year's celebrations. Then this is my planner for the start of 2012:
JANUARY: - Big Day Out, My Chem sideshow, Australia Day celebrations
FEB: Valentines Day, The Used Sideshow
MAR: My 19th Birthday, St.Patricks Day
APRIL: Easter, Gerard's Birthday, Three friends birthdays (two will be 18, one will be 21)

In between all of these celebrations and leisurable fun, i have university and shit loads of exams and assignments.

New Years Resolution: Be punctual!!

I am from Australia... it is summer and I have a flu!! On Christmas!! But still this Christmas is defintely better than last. This time last year my state was devasted by floods, my town was cut off from everybody else and we were literally living on rations. But stupid flu! I can't breathe through my nose, I have a massive headache and between my eyes and nose it hurts!! I need something strong to unclog the nose... any tips??

I couldn't wait to post this. But as most of you would be aware, I am studying to become a journalist specialising in either entertainment or sport. Well, today I think I have made the next step in my career list of things. One of my fellow students owns an online magazine dedicated to Australian sport, and he offered my a volunteer position to cover motorsport and rugby league. These two sports are in my blood and the ones that hold special places in my heart. I know its only a volunteer position, but as they say 'to get to the top, you got to start from the bottom'. I'm ready for this, I believe I can do this! Life is looking up for me now.

Well, it's official MCR are coming to Australia for the Big Day Out and they are playing sideshows in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne!

This is great news because I get to see them both at the Big Day Out and in Brisbane in a space of two days!!
Sorry that I haven''t been logging in, but university has been running me ragged. Which at the moments I am chilling before I get stuck into writing my essays again. Also, I have decided 100% on what I am going to do with my life. I have figured that if I end up being a music or motorsport journalist than I will be happy. Music and motorsport is my life, its my blood and my passion - so I'll be happy with whatever industry I come to write in.

Well, I'm going to have a quick snack and drink, maybe watch some television, and than get back into writing my four essays which are due this week!

I am always hoping that one day my family change their attitudes to actually listen to me - but it will never come. As they say you cannot change the stripes on zebra or the spots of a lepoard. But just once I wished somebody would listen to what I have to say and take me seriously for a change. I have bottled everything up because I have nobody to turn to and it has done more damage and I can't seem to get that through my family's head. My whole life they have left me to defend for myself and they think that know what's best for me and how I should live me life. They are like dictators and I have no where to go but just cop it on the chin. I love them I do but I just want them to let me do what's right for me and I know that best not them.

Save me MCRmy in a stupid lecture. Talking about movies and how they are made but i'm tired and hungry. My lecturer is so boring he talks like a politican - no fun, no life in his voice just slowly rambling on and on.

I want food another 30 minutes to go :(

And... tonight I am taking my nephew trick or treating for the first time in his life. He's super excited about it. He's running around the house shouting LOLLIES lol. He's so cute. He's dressing up as a pirate and me, I am going to be a witch. Should be a good night :)
