So i had an eye appointment today..they made me wear this wen i felt :( i dont like them

All i do is care. Even when im crying and upset i still put my feelings aside to care and make you feel better. I can't handle it anymore. I dont getany care back. No r u ok? No what will make ypu feel better? No how are you feeling? That's all i want. Is it that hard to ask? Im so tired of dealing with this. No i won't hurt myself. I just want someone i love to ask. If i keep putting my feelings aside i feel like ill explode.
