When someone can come back from the edge and make a full recovery to the point where they DESERVE to be admired.

You hear about all of these singers like Whitney Houston, that die of drugs due to the stupidity of trying them in the first place. And Lindsey Lohan, who has become a heavy drinker. You hear of people dying. It's sad, honestly and truly.

But then there are the people that come back from that. They realise that they can't do what they're doing anymore, or they'll die. They realise that people look up to them and they need to straighten out. So they do it. They make a better life for themselves, because they realise this is wrong and stupid.

I admire the people that come back from stuff like that. Because they've fought so damn hard to bring themselves back from the edge of the abyss. They've fought through the withdraw and pain. And they're back on track. I admire that.

Maybe it's just me. I don't know.

HOLY SHIZNITS NO MORE SPAM!!! Yay, times a thousand. This site deserves better, FYI.

I'm pretty sure I'm breaking some sort of unspoken rule, but I now have a Tumblr! Yay, yay, yay!

I'm listening to "The Jetset Life is Gonna Kill You" and all of a sudden, I hear a very un-Gee-like accent singing, "Hotel Bella Muerte" and I'm thinking, H'OLY FUCKING SHIZ!' Because I have this thing about accents, as in, I l♥ve them. And I love the romance languages (Italian, Spanish, French, etc.) so I was about to start off on having a fan girl moment.

Ooh, and something totally Killjoy-related, is that I'd be in Zone 29. Google the complete zones map, and you shall see a link to a forum or something, and you can see your zone! I spend a LOT of time in 28, though. Electric Ice reporting surprisingly few Dracs out here, in what used to be Raleigh. :)

So yeah, I love this song. I don't have Bieber fever, like half of the other teen girls out there. I get Panic! Attacks. Heehee, don't you love my wordplay? Anyhoo, onto the blog!

I cleaned my room, and it looks all squeaky clean now, except for all the dust. *cue sneezure* And if you didn't know, a sneezure is a bunch of uncontrollable sneezing. Oh what fun, she says sarcastically. And it's also rainy here, which I don't mind, as rain is quite pretty and smells good. It's also gonna be in the upper 70s today. So yay.

Our internet was down until noon yesterday, and I was at Neon's house to hang out, so I didn't have a chance to update you on my slightly mundane life. We fina-freaking-ly got our sword training done, and as it turns out, I'm good enough to last against both Neon and his brother. So I'm happy about that. And his little sister, Gabby, was frickin' ALL OVER ME!

I mean, I love kids, but, I was being used as a couch, a storyteller, and a punching bag. AT THE SAME TIME! Jeez, that's SO far out of my comfort range that it's unreal. I can't deal with rowdy kids my age without wanting to run screaming, so how the HELL am I gonna deal with THAT if I ever have kids?

Anyway, I think that was about it. I'll probably write more later. Maybe not. I dunno.

Hiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii! I'm hot and sweaty and tired as hell, but I'm alive! We went on a field trip for chorus today (to 2 elementary schools) and had to sing a song called "Ain't That News" at both, and "Set Fire to the Rain" by Adele at the 2nd school. It was sorta bad, 'cause we rode in the short bus and those things get REALLY hot. The performance at the first school ran late, and we had to eat in said short bus. I had a McDonald's quarter pounder with cheese, ketchup, and pickle, only. And a medium fry and medium sweet tea. Then we performed at the second school, and had to listen to this guy talk about band instruments, again, because our advanced band class went with us. I had to pay for my friend, Phillip's, lunch, because he didn't bring food. He owes me $8.25, because he ate lunch, and I bought him a pretzel at the movies when me and a bunch of friends went to see The Hunger Games, which was $3.25.

I think some people don't realise how beautiful they are, if not to them, to someone. Self-confidence is something very lacking in our society. Tiny waists, blonde hair, and blue eyes are supposed to be gorgeous. But who wants to be a stick figure? No one wants to be a size negative two!
