The unfortunate recent news has fortunately brought an influx of new members to this website. Welcome to MCR.com! May this tragedy bring us together as fans.

A few things you may find useful if you're new:

1. I'm one of four moderators on here, so if you ever have a problem with the site or think somebody has broken the rules, shoot me a message and I'll get back to you asap!

2. Please be sure to familiarise yourself with the rules on the right hand side. If you break the rules your blog will be edited or deleted, and you will have one strike against your name. As a general rule, three strikes will result in a ban.

3. When you post a blog, it takes a while for it to show up on the main community page. You only need to post it once for it to show up. If it does post more than once, you can delete the repeats by clicking on the blog, clicking "edit" underneath the title and then selecting "delete" at the bottom.

I am too numb to form words right now, but just know that, as far as I've been told, this website is safe.

Is anybody else having problems accessing the site? When I try and load the page it takes forever, and then goes to a "website unavailable" page. If I try three or four times, it will eventually load. It has been doing this for about a week or two for me, but seems to be getting worse. It's also taking several attempts to post this blog. Since there have literally been three blogs posted in the last 24 hours, I can only assume I'm not the only person having issues
 
If you have also been having problems, please leave a comment with details of what is happening to you and for how long it's been happening so I can pass them on to the admin.

Somebody posted a blog earlier asking how to do black eyeliner all around the eyes. As I was getting ready for work and only on my phone, I couldn't reply then, but I did do a step by step thingy, so here is how I, personally, do my make up.

Step 1: Draw a line just above the eyelashes - you can extend it past the outer corner of your eye if you wish, and you can either go all the way into the inner corner or only go two thirds of the way, like I have. You can use any kind of eyeliner for this. I used liquid, but you can use gel, kohl or the crayon-type stuff (you know the wind-up ones?). It doesn't matter if it's not amazingly neat, as you can see from my first picture!

Step 2: Line the inner rims of your eye using kohl or crayon eyeliner (liquid or gel are not suitable for this part as they will get on your eyeball and sting!). Line the upper and lower rims right into the corners of your eyes.

I've seen a lot of people talk about illegally downloading the songs or ripping them off youtube. Please don't do this; there really is no excuse for it.

How early should I get to the venue?

This depends upon where you are sitting/standing. If you are sitting, your seat is already allocated so it is guaranteed no matter what time you arrive (as long as you're not super late). If you’re standing, you need to decide whether you aim to get to the barrier or not. If you don’t want to get to the barrier, then again, it’s not really that important when you arrive. However, if you do want to get to the barrier, it’s advisable to arrive as early as you safely can. Do not arrive late and then push and shove people to get to the barrier!
