Happy birthday Frank and happy Halloween to everyone! Have fun scaring little kids and such!!!!!

As life shifts into the next chapter you are left to cope with that new change. One door closes behind you and down a few feet of the twisting corridor of life is the next one. But that next door doesn't just swing open the instant another closes, the knob begins to turn but not all the way, it merely waits for you to come and pry it open. There are choices, you can regress back, turn back and push your way through the door that just closed and hide in everything that is familiar and safe, or you can muster up the courage that exists in your chest and march down that small section of the corridor and pull at that door that is waiting for you. It may not be easy to get into, your fingers can blister with the force with which you hold that door knob that is so reluctant to open for you. Sometimes you have no choice but to move forward despite your reluctance and in those moments you can either make the best of it or you can waste it by dragging you feet and moaning about it. Life changes quickly and when you get through that next door it can be a great victory or it can be unpleasant. It depends on how you take it.

So, I've blogged a couple times, mostly on myspace, and i can never thing of anything to say. I do have a lot of thoughts in my head most of the time but they're never really all that intriguing to anyone but me, actually my own thoughts annoy me sometimes. I'm sure that i could come up something entertaining to say at some point but this is not that time.

Hmmm. I guess I'll just talk about my day then. It was actually a pretty generic F day with a kind of fun study hall with Brianna and Alyssa. I got yelled at a few very embarrassing times during band today due to my pathetic marching, then Roundness (his real name is Mr. Roundy and yes, he is rather round! LOL) came up ant talked to me like he hadn't embarrassed me several times already. But I guess that's just his way. Then I went to English where my teacher was boring and unhappy as ever and she assigned us a gay project to write a brouchure for the setting of a gay story that she gave each of us to read. So much for stimulating honors classes. After that lovely 80 minute block I headed down for earth science and took an incredibly fun test that I think I actually did well on. Then it was lunch and some stupid guys took our table so we had to sit somewhere else, which was weird. But Caleb and Scotty always make me laugh so it didn't really matter that Erin and Ashlie (my new killing buddy) were sitting somewhere else. And then I came home and worked out and now I am here.
