Oh no

so i need some help please,
I have a boyfriend, and at first i liked him, but when we got together the first thing he told me was ' i love you babe' and we just got together and he said that so now i dont know what to do. I like him as a friend, I wasn't ready for a relationship. I dont want to hurt him because he's always 'i love you' and i feel like we're to young to know what love is and he really seems to like me. So im stuck. He is a good guy but he's more of a friend to me now.
Oh and a week ago i cut. Yeah i know i shouldn't and my mom saw the cuts i told her it was because i was angry and wouldn't do it again but i did it again last night. Not as bad though. i made =] under my thumb.. sad thing is, it felt kinda good. ( it means depression, well in my group ) Oh shit, i need help. Any advise?
