my best friend of 10 years dumped me...

my marching band went to indianapolis for the bands of america band competition. before i left me and my buddy were totally ok, in fact he was joking around about me getting him a souvenire whilst i was away and were besties as usual. so i leave and i come back five days later... and i go to talk to him and he doesnt respond. i didnt think ti was a big deal but then i realized...(he gets mad at me every school year for a week exactly and it's always because of me doing something) i didnt do anything to deserve it. what the F??? thats not cool at all. so i asked him about it and he's all like i'm not mad at you and i dont hate you, very bluntly, and turns around and walks away. so today, a week later, my other friend asked him the same question. he said that he doesnt hate me, in fact, he didnt even notice that he'd been avoiding me.
im not even gonna try to be his friend anymore. its total crap that a dude ive been friends with since kindergarten randomly decides to hate me for no f-ing reason. it's not like i dont have friends because i do! but he was pretty important to me and it sucks he had to go be a butthole.
