MCR's New Album

Okay, just a quick blog to find out whether any of you guys actually know anything???
I follow on here and imnotokay.net but I'm a bit confused... some people were blathering about that a title had been released? I know the song names have been released but I didn't know a title had? And what's all that about March 30th? That can't be true surely. I'm confused. Help!
