"Damn you Show Pony." i scowl, recognizing the escape alarms set at BLi HQ.
"Uh, Kat?"
"Gerard, i swear to GOD if you come in here i'm gonna murder you. No regrets." I hope he can see this glare through the shower curtains.
"Didn't even cross my mind, but you DO hear those sirens right?" he gulps nervously. His shadow moves and i can see that he's twiddling his thumbs.
"Yes, i hear the damn things." i hiss, enjoying the warm water rush over my face, but not enjoying the conversation.
"And you're not curious? Everyone's in panic. We hardly EVER hear those certain pitched sirens." i can sense his nervous state of mind like a cloud of smog blanketed around your face. Suffocating you.
"They're the escape alarms, set at BLi HQ. They alert from Battery City all the way to the border of Zone 6 and the East. There should only be like maybe 4-6 dracs. This certain frequency is when a 'non MVP' escapes. In our case, it's the real Show Pony." i lazily grab the shampoo and get ready for relaxation.
"You're sure?"
"YES, i'm POSITIVE. Now let me shower, Inn PEACE." I emphasize certain words to let him know that this conversation is done, and that i want to be left alone.
"K. I'll go let everyone else know that." The vibrations of his dragging feet reach my now snake sensitive skin, and let me know that i kinda crushed him. Eh...i'll talk to him later. But now, FINALLY, peace and somewhat tranquility.
Borderline of Zone 6 and the East
12:01 a.m.
"Why Won't You DIE!?!" I shriek, showing my fist into the side of a drac's jaw. Feeling it unhinge, mixed with his pained scream, i let out more of my built up tension. Throwing one last lethal punch i decide to finally end it, only out of boredom. NOT pity. I smash the palm of my hand, at about a 125 degree angle, up his nose. The sheer force mixed with the angle, sends the cartilage through he skull and blowing his brains out from his ears, mouth and what's-left-of-a-nose.
Walking away, i hop on to my motorcycle and pull out a pack of chocolate cigarettes. Lighting one, i let the sweet, dark chocolate ooze out of the wrapper and into my mouth.
This black attire is SO much more comfy than my colours. Now don't get me wrong, i LOVE my killjoys and they're glorious colour but i've always been 'darker' than the rest. I love my black and my silver and my gray, just not my white.
"i gotta get movin' sooner or later. So why not now?" I sigh, kicking back my kickstand, wheeling my bike to the right, i gun it as i begin my routine patrols round the borderline.
The reason why i said i love my black colour so much, is that i love to go night riding. What is night riding you may ask? Well it's exactly what is sounds like. I ride at night and the black on both my bike and my outfit conceals me so i can dust anyone who pisses me off, and they won't know what hit em till they dead. Those are mainly dracs but back in the day i would normally just sneak of BLi campus and reep havoc.
Passing a sign saying Welcome to Zone 5, i know i'm headed back home. Show's back and a little shaken up but he'll be fine. Claire is beyond ready to ghost every single killjoy she sees 'cause she apparently had a thing for Show. I shudder, gross. Now it's not that i think of him and/or her as being not attractive, but it's more that he's not my type and she's just such a hag like mum.
"Venom, come in Venom. This is Dr. Death on the line do you read me?" My tiny bike radio spits out throught all the stactic.
"I read you D, just not very clear." i come to a rest on the side of the back route i was taking, and answer back.
"What's up where you are?"
"The sky." holding back snickers, i answer him and seriously as i can muster.
