She clears her throat and starts to read. "My family's never loved me. Never excepted who i am. Always wanted me dead. They'll get their wish, by extreme measures. When i'm gone bury me in black, but not in the 6ft under that you all know and love. Place my shell, now lifeless,in a dark room to set free my inner raven. Burn the petals and thorns or black and red roses to ignite my inner phoenix. Set flare to me at the midnight hour and keep my dying flame burning for the number to which the normality of people would call 'unlucky'. Ceasing the burning will still the beat of my ghostly heart. Lay a viper on or near me and drain it's venom down my throat each midnight to which thine roses incinerate. Have the snake stay near my to act as my eternal guardian. As you watch my inner flight take place, keep me in your hearts in hope that my phoenix and raven will cause me to rise from by blackened and charred heart."
"Now what the hell does that mean!?!" Ray bursts out in frustration.
"Neon do you know where to find any snakes?" i ask cocking my head at her.
"Uh, yeah....what are you thinking?" she replies skeptically.
"Just could you do it? And Liz do you know where roses are? I remember you saying that you passed a few bushes when you were out once." i calmly ask Liz who's starting to catch on.
"Yup, i'll be back in a flash! Frank get youz ass out here and help me would ya?" Liz smiles dragging Frank out into the night.
"Guess i have no choice and Gee what on earth-" Frank's voice gets drown out by his panting. Jeez, Venom was right. He really does need to run more.
"Poison, have you gone nuts? I mean yeah Kat believed in A LOT of crazy sh*t but do you HONESTLY think that she was onto something?" Ray throws his hands up and looks at me like i'm nuts.
"maybe, maybe not but it's worth a shot. Even if i just get to see a glimpse of her spirit, i'd be fine with that. It's...complicated..." i pick Venom up again and walk over to where the cellar is.
"Gee wait up!" The other girls shout as they follow me down into the cellar.
"Man if Kat was really onto something I SOOO wanna be there to see it!" Danger Dust smiles as she leads the way into the pitch black basement.
"Gee got the roses! You'll never guess! I found a black, slightly burned bush with black roses!" Liz smiles as she brings down about 20 red roses and 25-ish black ones.
"Cool, can you guys see?" i mutter.
"No."
"Damn." Well hang on. I know where a good large space is and a chair near by. I'm gonna stay down here and - here it is!" I smile triumphantly as i lay Venom down on the cold ground.
I feel bad but then something icy whips across my ankles.
"Oh God! WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT!" Frank jumps, going into total hysterics.
"I don't know but it's all around Venom right now." i reply shakily.
"I'm turning on the lights!" Frank panics but is then clothes-lined by i think Demon and Danger.
"Oh no you ain't! This might just be that darkness raven V was talkin about." Earthquake snaps holding him firmly in place.
All of a sudden a black silhouette forms into a bird that's figure 8-ing around V's body.
"Looks like that little nut of ours was on to something." Ray followed by Mikey, and at the top of the stairs Dr. Death, comes down.
"Can you guys see now?"
"Yeah Gee, we're good just need to strike a match and i've got burning roses!"Liz chimes happily. I have no idea how on earth she can stay so positive sometimes! But hey! V's nuts so i guess some of her friends are too.
"Stand back, i've got a lighter." Frank walks past everyone, using the black lighting radiating off the raven as a way to see, "Alright. I'm clear. You're clear. We're all clear. LIGHT!" He lights the flowers and jumps back waiting to see what'll happen.
We all wait in anticipation for a few minutes, yet nothing happens.
"Told you. Just a bunch of hooey-WHAT THE...!" Ray jumps back, like the rest of us, as something explodes out of Kat's chest.
