Explosions at school - Scariest thing ever!!! :s

There was an explosion at my school today!!! Katie and I were in the photography room gluing photos to a board, when we heard this massive exploding noise! We didn't know what had happened but in the photography room all the tables have been moved over to where the window was, so we climbed onto them and lifted the blind a bit to look outside, and there were about 300 people running to the science block, at first I thought it was a science experiment, but then I saw teachers running there too, so Katie and I debated whether or not to hide under the tables or if we should go and see what happened, so we chose to go see what happened (Totally the most sensible thing to do! ;D) And we ran up to the science block and joined the crowd and saw my friend Rylan and asked what had happened, apparently someone put a firework bomb of some kind in the bin, and it blew the bin up!!! Thank god no one was hurt! :s
So yeah, there's a bit of an adventure for the day! :L But it was SO loud!! It was terrifying, one minuet we were doing our photography project, the next an explosion as loud as a 2 truck pile up had gone off!
What's weirder is, my friend Callie who wasn't with us at lunch for once today, went into a classroom and found an iPhone on the floor there, and she turned the screen on and apparently there was like a 3 minute countdown on the iPhone, she didn't know what it was counting down to so she went to hand it into lost property, when she handed it in there was about 30 seconds left on the countdown, she left lost property and about 30 seconds later heard the explosion!! In form we were debating whether or not the two were linked, or if it was just a coincidence, still though, no one was hurt, but the top of the bin has vanished and there was litter all over the school. As Katie and I were trying to get out of the art block there were year 7's holding the doors shut, but they saw us coming and one of them said "No they're Sixth-Formers!! Let them through!" (Sixth form being the college section of the school, like years 12 & 13) some of them still tried keeping the doors shut, but we got out eventually. Yeah, it was pretty terrifying, until we realised no one was injured, which is pretty goddamn lucky!!
Yeah, that's an exciting end to the week, also, I'm seeing Asking Alexandria tomorrow!!! Can't wait!! :DDD
Keep Running Killjoys!
xoxo.
