I can't deal with myself anymore

I'm about ready to get the cough surup out and drug myself into sleep,
I just don't want to deal with myself right now,
I don't want to deal with all this self hatred and regret
I know I told lots of people I suck at talking about myself, but just this once, I really need to talk to someone.
