Have you actually listened to the song?
It sounds nothing like Death Wish.
I'm not sure if I remember correctly, but you need 20% or 40% of the song to be EXACTLY the same as another before you can sue for copyright.
With this song, there's a few lyrics that sound sort of the same as Death Wish... but they're singing in Spanish.
So I don't think My Chem would be able to win money off Pxndx.
