They're so beautiful, the butterflies of the night. Walking pieces of art, the geisha of Gion frequent teahouses, entertaining guests with music, dancing, and singing.

Contrary to popular belief, geisha are not courtesans, as they do not sell their bodies; they, instead, sell their services and bring in money for their okiya, or geisha house.
