Saving the Black Parade. Part. 14.

With Ray gone we each got out a fresh uniform from our wardrobes. It seemed that each had been stocked with several sets of our individual outfits.
Once we’d changed, we went down to join everyone else.
“I’m so glad there’s still coffee here.” Mikey was saying as we walked into the joint kitchen and dining room.
It was your average kitchen, with every appliance you’d find in a typical home. There was plenty of counter space, as well as many cupboards. The dining area really only consisted of a large circular wooden table surrounded by 6 chairs. As if it was set up specifically for us. In the corner of the back wall there was a glass door that led out to the back yard.
“Coffee?! Where?” Adrian perked up.
I shook my head at her, and went to find myself some juice, and maybe something to eat.
“Over there.” Mikey pointed to a coffee machine on one of the kitchen counters. She went to get herself a mug full, before joining us all at the table.
In the fridge I’d found a jug of orange juice, and poured myself a glass. There were also several danishes in there, and I grabbed one for myself.
I went to sit at the table just as Adrian came with her mug of coffee.
As she was sitting down while taking a sip of coffee see accidentally spilled most of it onto herself.
“Ah fuck. It burns. It burns.” She complained.
We were all laughing at her. “You’ll be fine.” I assured her, and I knew it was true for once.
She got up to get another cup full.
“Get me a cup.” Gerard told her as she was refilling hers.
“I hate your power.” She seethed, as she reluctantly did as he had said.
Not wasting any time, Mikey tsked his brothers name.
“Thank you Shorty.” He took the mug of coffee Adrian handed to him.
“Really? Even in death?” She still wasn't fond of the nickname.
“Must I teach you a lesson again?” I recalled the glory I’d experienced yesterday when I defeated him in our fight yesterday. How hard could it be to do something similar?
“What might that be?” He practically dared me.
“Gee, you do not want to know some of the things she has in mind.” Ray tried to warn him.
It was very much true. I was already contemplating all the different options I had. “Don’t tell him. That ruins all the fun.” I told Ray.
It seemed that Gerard had just ignored us though. “Ray, could you get me a donut?” He said.
With that Ray scooted his chair back, and he got up to go to the cupboard that contained a box of donuts. “You suck.” He remarked, as he came stalking back with a donut for Gee.
“Stop it.” Adrian warned him. I was past that though.
“Enough is enough. Frank, you may want to leave.” He’d just end up running out of the room screaming if he stuck around for what I had in mind.
“Why?” He questioned.
I wasn't about to explain myself right now. “Just leave.” I pointed to the door. He threw his hands up in over dramatized defeat and walked out the door, into the hallway.
I stood up and walked around the table to where Gerard was seated. He was obviously ignoring me, and just continued to sit and eat his donut like I wasn't there. Works for me.
There were a couple options of what I could do right now, but I decided that I’d use a spider on this occasion. I knew that the most venomous spider would be the Brazilian Wanderer, and I also knew they had a painful bite as well. That settled it, I formed into a Brazilian Wanderer, and started to crawl up one of the legs of the table.
After finally making it to the top of the table Gee had still yet to take notice of me, and that was still okay. I crawled over to his coffee mug, which he had in his hand. Even more perfect for me. Careful, as to not tread on him as to let him know I was there, I got onto the mug, and sunk my fangs into one of his fingers.
Now he realized where I was.
“God damn it!” He pulled his hand away from his coffee mug, and dropped his donut that was held in his other hand.
I quickly scurried over to the edge of table, and using a silk line, dropped to the floor. Once back on the ground, I shifted back into my human form.
Everyone was clapping, and thanking me.
“And, that’s nowhere close to the worst of the ideas I have.” I warned Gerard, who was clutching his injured finger in his other hand. He just scowled at me.
“Frank you can come back in.” Ray opened the door, and told him.
“What did I miss?” He asked as he looked around the room upon his entrance.
“She bit me!” Gee yelled angrily, and pointed a finger at me.
By now Adrian had practically fallen out of her chair with hysterical laughter.
“What?” Frank was confused, and I chuckled a little myself.
Adrian just laughed harder.
“Shut Up!” Gee turned his anger on her.
Without another second to spare, her cries of laughter stopped abruptly as her mouth snapped shut.
Had he not yet learned anything?
“I’ll bite you again.” I warned him.
“I’m seriously confused right now.” Frank said.
“Gerard’s abusing his powers, so I turned into a spider, and bit him.” I explained to him.
“Oh, okay. Thanks for telling me to leave.”
“You’re welcome.”
“If that's settled, could you guys help me fix her now?” Gee asked. He was slightly crouched down next to Adrian, who was beginning to freak out a little.
At first I was a little confused as to what could have happened. Adrian was opening and closing her mouth as if speaking, but not a single sound was coming out. Her eyes were wide with fear, and panic.
I realized then that Gerard having told her shut up, must have had a more permanent effect that he guaranteed for.
