Saving the Black Parade. Part 11.

“Looks like it’s my turn.” Gee announced as we came walking back.
“Good luck.” Ray warned him. I wondered if he knew what I had in mind now.
Gerard and I take our places.
Adrian, again, gives the countdown. Similarly to last time neither of us make a first move.
“You can have the first move.” He told me probably thinking I couldn’t do much damage no matter how hard I tried.
“Big mistake.” I grinned. This is exactly what I wanted.
I slowly walked toward him until I was standing directly in front of him. I took one of his hands that was hanging at his side. He gave me a look of confusion, and I just smiled wider.
Thinking of the time that we visited New Jersey after I had shared my poetry on stage I took us both back to the memory.
“Why on Earth did you never get any of those published?” Gerard, known as Party Poison at this time, had asked me. I had just walked off of the stage after having read some poems.
“I’m a teenager, no one wants to hear what I have to say.” I had responded.
With a flash of light I was ripped from the memory.
Gee had forcefully pulled his hand from mine. I looked at his face to see wide eyes. He was obviously taken aback by what I had just made happen.
I was ready though.
With quick thinking I formed into a rhino. He was still too shocked to run or even take control of my body.
Not wasting a precious second, I rammed my horn into his gut. Gee went flying back several feet before landing, hard, on his back, and skidding a couple more feet.
“Winner!” Adrian shouted.
“You’re awesome!” A now standing Mikey thanked me.
“Violent too.” Ray remarked.
“I think that’s the first time Gee’s ever lost to a girl. Let alone a teenage girl.” Frank informed me.
I bowed to either side of the small crowd. “Thank you. Thank you.” I chuckled. I walked over to Gee to see how he was doing. “You going to be okay?” I offered him a hand to help him up.
“I think so.” He was still slightly shaken as he denied my help, and got up on his own.
“You wanna try against me, Mikey.” Adrian asked him since he was okay now.
“Sure. Maybe I can beat you.” He chuckled.
With Gerard and I now resting off to the side, they took our places, and I gave the countdown.
Without wasting a second Mikey became invisible, leaving Adrian unable to lift him off the ground. A quick second later Adrian stumbled backward as if someone had punched her in the gut.
That was exactly the case. Mikey had revealed himself in order to gloat a little for having made a hit. A mistake as it would seem.
Now that Adrian could see where he was, she got hold of her bearings and lifted him off the ground. The look on Mikey’s face went from happy to dreadful in mere moments. With a smile on her face, Adrian threw him through the air, and over the cliffs edge again.
“Poor Mikey.” Gee said. That was the second time he’d been pushed off that cliff already. Not to forget that he too had also lost to a girl.
Adrian was already off to retrieve Mikey, and I had had another idea. I waited until they both came back to share it.
“What if Gee completely controlled one us in a fight against another?” I proposed the idea.
“It’s not going to be me.” Frank immediately refused to give up his body to Gerard’s wills.
“It’s my idea. I’ll do it. So who shall be my slash Gerard’s opponent?” You’d think I’d be sick of Gerard forcing me to do whatever he liked. I knew that we should try different things though, and I would try just about anything.
“I will” Adrian volunteered.
Gerard gave us both a quick look once over. “This should be fun.”
“Okay. It’s all you Gee.”
Already standing where I would need to be to start the fight, I relaxed my body, and let Gerard take control. I could feel him there almost like a ghost inside me. The feeling was different, and it didn’t feel quite right. I really wanted nothing more than to have my body back, but I was still curious as to how this would work out.
Ray gave the countdown, and Adrian went right to fighting. She flipped into the air in front of me, about to land a blow to my chest with her foot. Before she could make contact though, my hand gripped around her ankle, and threw her onto the ground.
With her on the ground, I felt the tingling of a transformation. Once the sensation stopped I still wasn’t sure what creature I now was. I could tell that whatever animal I was that it was a rather lethargic being, and also stood on four legs. Possibly a hippopotamus or elephant.
Gerard attempted to have me step forward, and crush Adrian, but suddenly I was off the ground and floating in the air. I was rolled onto my back, and dropped back onto the ground, unable to get back up.
Next thing I knew there was stinging pain in my stomach. I managed to see that Adrian had dropped a large sharp rock onto me. Damn, did it hurt!
My body tingled, as I formed back to my human state. The fight was over and Adrian had won. It was a good battle, considering I didn’t do anything.
“Ow.” I groaned. Adrian lifted the rock off me, but I just remained lying where I was. It hurt like a bitch.
“Sorry. I tried.” Gee apologized to me.
“It’s okay.” I told him, as I forced myself up. Amazingly the pain was starting to subside as a feeling like pins and needles, different from the one I feel whenever I shift, invaded the area of my wound.

To be continued...
Have a happy and safe new years everyone!
