HEY ANYONE WHO'S DEPRESSED AND/OR SUICIDAL

this is for anyone who needs it. whether you believe this or not, your fucking awesome. you were put on this earth for a reason. whether or not you know that reason doesn’t matter. i know you don’t believe this, because when i was depressed, i didn’t either. but you have to get through it. even when you think no one believes in you, i do. and if you open your eyes, you may see that there are others who believe in you as well. Even though it seems like you’re falling down into a bottomless pit, you should use the wings you didn’t know you had and fly. You should always sparkle, no matter what. sparkle in a way that only you can. don’t be afraid to be yourself. everyone else is taken. Show the world that you aren’t beat and you can’t be broken. because if you really look for it, you can find the strength you need. also, you don’t have to do this alone. I know it may be hard, but reach out for help. tell a friend and work your way up to someone who can help. take baby steps. Do whatever you have to do so you can sparkle!
