Hair Dye????????

Lately I've been thinking about which color I want to dye my hair. I don't want to dye my whole head, but either get tips or just do a strip of hair. And since I wouldn't be doing my whole head, I'd probably just get the hair dye that's at Hot Topic. So, which color do you guys think? My hair is kind of a dirty-ish blonde, so I don't know what would work. I'm kind of tempted to do bleached tips, but would that damage all my hair, or just the part I bleach?
