IM SCARED :(

so im sitting here on my bed in butt fuck new jersey (butt fuck meaning no one cares bout my town) when i hear screaming. i look at my tv to family guy and i know its not that. i turn my tv off and outside it sounded like this little girl screaming bloody murder, like she was getting her arm cut off really slowly. i look out my window, cant see a thing. i look out my living room window, cant see a thing.

then it stopped..... im scared shitless. what do i do?!
