For those that have been reading my story, Frenemy, I'll be posting the next part soon now that things at home and school are starting to calm down a tiny bit. Thank you for reading, too. It means a lot.
In other news, this past weekend was kind of fun. I hung out with my bestie, went to Sofaapoloza, which is a music event put on by my college, and got up at 5:30 in the morning to go pick up six dozen Krispy Kreme doughnuts, which, as if you really want to know, I absolutely hate. But after we dropped off the doughnuts to the woman we picked them up for, my entire week, a week that was empty of things to do for the most part, suddenly exploded. I sat down to pencil everything in and I realized that I had something going on nearly everyday this week, some days I'm even double booked! But, I have to say, every minute is worth it. I'm helping a blossoming program on campus make connections so they can continue to grow and in the process, I might meet some people who can give me a hand on down in the future. The only pitfall is the red shirt I'm required to wear. Don't they realize, being a red head, wearing the color red is nearly impossible? LOL Just joking. Anyways, I got some good news too. I'm going to be one of the editors for Castings, out literary journal, and my prof approved MY thesis idea. Not hers. MINE. YAY! So, getting up at 5:30 led to some pretty good things yesterday. My logic prof would be disappointed in me, but hey, I'm an English major, not philosophy.
;D
Redhead out.
Peace & <3
