The Dangerous Days (Part 10)

Gee: um Mikey... October wasn't lying.
Mikey: I don't believe you.
Korse: you can't deny the facts killjoy, no matter how hard you want them to be false.
Korse walked up to October and kissed her on the forehead. She punched him in the face causing him to have a blooded nose.
Korse: YOU BITCH!
Korse threw her into wall, she screamed out in pain. Gerard ran to help her, Mikey stayed where he was.
Mikey: I'm outta here.
He walked towards the door but was stopped by two dracloids.
Mikey: don't you bastards ever die?
Gee: October wake up please.
October: get out. Leave now, before it's too late.
Korse: but it is too late.
October screamed.
October: what's happening to me? My neck, it's never been this bad.
The microchip in the back of her neck began to send electric shocks through her body. She looked up at Gerard and whispered something in his ear. He nodded his head, got up and shot the dracs that was blocking their path. He grabbed Mikey's wrist and dragged him out of the room. While running down the narrow room they ran into Ray and Frank. They just stopped at looked at each other. Gee smiled at them and hugged both of them.
Gee: I'm sorry.
Frank: no, we're sorry.
Ray: yeah, we should of... you no... listened to you. Whats wrong with Mikey?
Gerard turned to look at Mikey, his eyes were fixed on the ground.
Gee: there's something you should no.
Frank and Ray looked interested to here what it was, but before Gee could say anything half a dozen dracs came running after them.
Gee: I'll explain later.. RUN!
They all ran and followed Gee down the stairs. They ran into a dark room and closed the door behind them. They hid in the darkness hoping that the dracs wouldn't find them. Ray learned over towards Gerard and whispered.
Ray: well...?
Mikey: don't tell him.
Gee: why?
Mikey: because it's not true.
Gee: ignore him, he doesn't like it when there's proof of him being wrong.
Frank: well...? go on.
Gee: Korse is October's father.
There was an awkward silence from all of them.
