Hey guys, over the past year, a lot of things happened, and I have gained around 30-35 pounds due to stress and emotional eating. I feel I am more acclimated to the stress now and have been trying to lose the weight. However, I have not been successful with any of my endeavors. So I have decided to post once a day everything I have eaten that day, and every Friday, excepting tomorrow, to post my weight. I understand that this is not a weight-loss website, so I'm sorry if this will annoy you, if it does just ignore me, but I really feel this could work, and I'm not sure what else to do because I really don't feel like myself with the excess weight and if I lose the weight I'll be healthier and happier. Anyway, I am currently 163 pounds and I wear a size 8 jean. My goal is to be at least 145 pounds, though 140 would be better, and to wear a size 6 jean. If you read this thank you =) and talk with you tomorrow.
