Help pweaze!

Id like to ask when everyone started saving up for college i'm stressing out cause i want to go to a college in San Antonio but i live in Nebraska so it will cost me like 10,000 more and then i'm worried what if that doesn't work out i'm just to stressed of what the future will be like.I'm only 13 but i want to start early.
