*RAY
I looked around, I couldnt find Sofia. I was shaking and panicking and my stomach was twisting and turning, I knew she had been took or I would've seen her by now.
"Frank!" I shouted running over to see him and someone else, as I got closer I reLised it as Gerard.
"Yeah Ray?" He answered
"Sofia, she's gone" I said holding back my tears.
"What?!" Gerard and Frank shouted
"Ray I need to tell you something but it will have to wait until this is done with" Frank said not looking me in the eye, I knew he was keeping something from me but what?
*FRANK
"Ray I need to tell you something but it will have to wait until this is done with" I said not looking him in the eye. I fired a shot and it went right through the enemy's head.
"Yes!" I shouted and Gerard chuckled a little. I didn't know how we could still have fun in the army,
"This is much better than last time" I whispered to myself.
*TWO HOURS LATER (Still Franks P.O.V)
"Hey Frank, can you tell me that thing now?" Ray asked tapping me on the shoulder.
"Hmmm okay" I said, I felt sick to my stomach.
"Last year, it wasn't a good year. A girl, she was so beautiful her name was Aimee" I was even fascinated with her name. Ray now had a cheesy smile on his face. "We were attacking the enemy, this was the worst day of my life. She was held hostage and they killed her" I said wiping the tears from my face, Ray now looked really upset.
"Im so sorry man but Why does this have anything to do with me?" Ray asked
"Well I went and killed their old leader, Gilbertston. They swore that day they would get me. So I think that they think Sofia is my girlfriend as Erica, Sofia and Ivy stay in the one tent" I said Ray was now looking furiously
"Its your fucking fault!" Ray shouted at me standing over the top of me.
"I'm sorry!" I said with my eyes welling up.
"I don't care never speak to me again!" Ray said walking away just as Gerard arrived.
"What was that about?" Gerard asked
"Fuck off!" Ray shouted and went into his tent.
"Wow, he's really changed over the past three years" Gerard said sitting down beside me.
"Yeah, He really has" I said holding back my tears
"Hey Frankie, what's wrong? your eyes are very watery" Gerard asked
"Ray and everything that's happened recently, its all because of me" I said letting one tear fall from the corner of my eye.
"Hey don't think like that, I may not know the story but it's not all because of you" Gerard said trying to consol me.
"Hmmm...I guess, but that's obviously not what Ray thinks" I said getting up from the wet muddy ground.
"Obviously, I wish this war would just end" Gerard said looking up at the stars
"Yeah me too, but we don't always get what we want" I said starting to get ready to get up.
"Yeah, I guess" He said sitting back up
"Yeah well Im going to bed" I said walking away
"Okay night Frankie" He said lying back down on the ground. I think he was going to end up passing out there but I guess he could look after himself. I walked towards my tent and lay down.
"I need to help Ray, it's my fault so I've got to fix it" I thought to myself.
"Frank?" A soft voice asked
"What is it Ray?" I asked
"I'm really sorry, it's not your fault" Ray said
"Yes it is and I'm going to make it right" I said sitting up
"Fine, but I'm helping" Me said
"Me too!" Ray moved to the side to reveal Gerard smiling behind him
"Okay, Tomorrow is the attack so get good sleep" I said
"Yes Sargent Frank" Gerard said sarcastically
We all burst into laughter and about ten minutes later we all went to our separate tents and sleep. For me however, I never managed to get to sleep until about three hours later I fell asleep.
"Frank!" Gerard called I immediately got up and sat up only to head butt Gerard
"Owww!!!" Gerard shouted getting out of my tent
"That's what you get!" I said laughing at him
"Yeah I guess, so you ready to go?" Gerard asked
"Yeah" I said with my face going straight now
"We've to meet Ray at the docks" Gerard said leading the way. We eventually reached the docks but we had almost been spotted three times by Sargent Smith, but we didn't get caught thankfully.
"Ready?" Ray asked as we approached him
"Yeah" Gerard said
"You guys are so lucky I agreed to this, I hate boats and can't swim" Ray said climbing into the boat. We all laughed until the Enemy came into sight. This was it the moment to live or the moment to die. We weren't going down with out a fight.
"It's the moment to live, it's the moment to die, it's them moment to fight" I heard Gerard mutter under his breath.
"This is it" Ray said stopping the boat about three hundred metres away from the land, so we didn't get caught.
"Goodluck" I said as we reached the land
