Today was an OK day as far as mine go. Went to voluntary art project thing, turned up with work i didn't really have to do but the teacher loved it and is either framing it in the new monument type gazebo thing... i dunno, or enlarging it to fit on an entire wall, he even wants to put it on display in an exhibition tomorrow somewhere and so I've been asked to do something else for their office and other stuff! I couldn't believe so i just sat there nodding although i don't really think i'm gonna do it for them.
Best part of all i got to see my nephew today! the minute i got home my Nan rang and said john was sick and so stayed of school and was now at her house; he got on the phone and begged me to go down there so of course i did. He was so happy to see me n i him, we chatted for ages, he showed me how he could ride his bike with 1 hand, i taught him how to use oil pastels etc Couldn't believe how much he's grown since the last time i saw him and god i'd missed him, dunno when i'll see him next but at least I've seen him today and this whole art thing seems to have made my parents happy... at least for now.
