I don't know too! Maybe the percentage increase is like so little, or maybe it will change about a few minutes later? This happens in all the thousand times I have voted, so no worries. Because it will increase eventually. Well it should increase.

how come after i vote, wen i go back to the page, its at the same number before i voted?
