Why is it that people that claim to be fans of the band also tear them to pieces when they do something they don't' like or agree with? I mean the amount of people that trash The Black Parade Era because they did not like the concept or the direction of the music is astounding. They use the words sell out and main stream. I happen to love that album because I can hear the pain that the band went through to make it in the music and Gerard's lyrics. I happen to not enjoy Bullets as much because it is too raw for me, but I do not make fun of it or make fun of those who enjoy it more.
Also those that are stating that Conventional Weapons only came out because the band needed money is the most ridiculous idea I have ever heard! Anyone who read Franks blog knows it is because the band understood that they could not move forward until they confronted the past. We should be honored that they wanted to share this experience with us not belittle them for it!
The idea that because most of the band members do not tweet constantly does not mean that they do not care for their fans, it means they have a life out side of the band and have better things to do than ADD moments on their phones. I don't tweet because I have more than a two second span about life. It was funny when Frank tweeted about having to pee, but come on people are you that hard up for the band that you have to stalk them?! This is not directed towards us here at the community who seem to have a healthy obsession, is that possible?, with the band. We also talk about other things like school and life and friends, not just post band pics with stupid captions or try to create drama where there was none. We are helpful here as Killjoys and MCRmy brats. I love everyone here for how supportive we all are to each other.
I know i am bound to piss someone off here, but I felt the need to lay these cards on the table for myself and others who feel the same. Thank you for letting me rant.
