The Power Of The Human Voice

The video that I posted with this blog just happens to be one of my favorite songs of all time. I like the song because of the passion that Carmen Keigans pours into it. Her voice is so powerful and beautiful and utterly breathtaking, which brings me to what I wanted to discuss. Behind your larynx are your vocal chords which are set of muscles we all use to speak. Well a very long time ago, humans discovered that we can use these muscles to create beautiful tones. Over time, we learned techniques to help develop these muscles to perfect singing. All these years later, your voice is the only instrument in existence that is both a part of your anatomy and comes free of charge at birth. There are millions of people who are blessed with naturally beautiful singing voices, then there are other people, like me, who really want to have an amazing voice, but have to take the time to develop it into something satisfactory. Your voice is an astounding instrument, you should definitely use it to your advantage. And if you're wondering who to use as inspiration or an influence, Gerard Way, Jared Leto, Carmen Keigans, and Freddy Mercury are some of the people I've used as fuel. So if you know that you're a talented singer, don't hide yourself, speak up. Sing at the top of your lungs and show everyone that you're special. Have a nice morning everyone.
