The Plan that will be the Death of Me. Oh FML! xD

I have decided that in order to attain the things I want in life... I'm going to have to change. It's time to remake myself. In both a physical and emotional way. My life is going to change drastically within the next 3 months. What will these changes include?
Physical changes and plans to accomplish these goals?
1.) I will lose 30 pounds by May the 3rd.
2.) I will be eating ONE meal per day, which will be lunch. (between 1-3pm depending on how class time works).
3.) No sweet foods. At all... ever. xD
4.) I will not be permitted to eat after 6pm.
5.) Soda will be viewed as the devil. (Hence no soda, only water).
6.) My dinners will be healthy... meaning I will have a salad everyday of the week.
7.) I will exercise for 70 minutes per day in my dorm room.
7.a.) 10 minutes of stretching.
7.b.) 20 sit ups.
7.c.) 20 push ups.
7.d.) 30 minutes of yoga for flexabilty.
7.e.) Jogging up and down stairs for 10 minutes.
7.f.) 5-10 minute cool down.

Emotional changes and how I plan to achieve these goals.
1.) I'm going to stop worrying about the things I can't control.
2.) I'm going to smile more often.
3.) I'm going to start forcing myself to make one journal entry per day no matter how insignificant it is.
4.) I'm going to be writing again... poems, short stories. It's happening!!!!!
5.) I'm going to develop a better sleeping habit.
6.) I'm going to increase my GPA, which means working harder in classes!!!
7.) I will apply to another University, and I will get accepted. Next semester I will go to a different college.
8.) I'm going to find something positive about each day of my life.
9.) I'm going to remove the things in my life that make me miserable... even if that means removing part of who I am.
