(3 days later)
I was sitting next to the cot the guys had moved Gee to, waiting and watching his chest, making sure it was still rhythmically rising and falling. He was alive, barely. "Aren't you tired?" Mikey asked, standing in the doorway with two cups of coffee. "Nope." I shook my head. Truthfully, I was exhausted, but I won't close my eyes til Gee opens his. I had been using the guy's real names since Gee was shot, it didn't feel right using code names. Mikey handed me a cup of coffee, and I took it gratefully, grimacing at the taste. I hated coffee, but I had to stay awake, this is all I've been drinking for the past few days. "Thanks Mikey." I said as he walked out of the room.
(Mikey's point of view) I shut the door behind me, as Frank walked past me in the hallway, stopping to talk. "Did you do it?" he asked, curious. He was referring to a plan we had made up, to get Jordyn to sleep, she looked exhausted. The coffee I had given her was decaf, and Ray had ground up a sleeping pill Dr. D had given him and slipped it into her mug before I gave it to her. I nodded. "She should be asleep soon. I feel bad though." I said, sipping my own caffeinated coffee. "Don't. She needs the rest, and all this worrying isn't good for her. Gerard will be fine." Frank said, although I could tell the last sentence was as reassuring for him as it was for me. We were all worried about Gee. I nodded, and quietly cracked the door open, to see Jordyn sound asleep, her head resting on the arm of the old couch she had been sitting on. I smiled and grabbed a blanket from the shelf on the other side of the room, and draped it over her, before quietly shutting the door.
(Gerard's point of view)
I looked around, seeing Mikey in the doorway and Jordyn sleeping soundly on the couch next to me. Mikey saw that I was awake and smiled, walking in the room. "I was afraid you wouldn't make it." he said, smiling wider. I smiled back, looking over at Jordyn. "She hasn't left your side in days. We slipped a sleeping pill in her coffee so she would finally sleep." Ray said, coming in behind Mikey with Frank. "It should wear off soon though, so she'll be awake soon." Mikey said. I nodded, and swung my legs over the side of the bed, before wincing in pain, realizing how bad my wound was. "You might wanna take it easy for a little while Gee." Frank smirked. "No shit." I muttered, and reached over to Jordyn, moving her hair out of her eyes. She reminded me alot of what I imagined Bandit would be like if she was Jordyn's age.
thats it for now ;)
