(6 months later)
I turned on the radio, and heard Dr. D's voice as I began to collect my things. I was getting ready to go to zone 4 and exterminate some dracs. I grabbed my ray gun and my extra gun, and my switchblade. I shrugged on my jacket and pulled my mask down over my eyes, and made sure my motorcycle had plenty of petrol in it. I jumped on and started towards zone 4. After a few hours, I decided to stop for the night. I made a fire and pulled a blanket on, but didn't fall asleep. I was thinking of the last time I had done this. I was with Party Poison,Jet Star,Kobra Kid,Fun Ghoul, and Missile Kid. Stop It! Stop thinking about them! You work alone, without them! I said to myself. I didn't sleep much the rest of the night. In the morning, I was getting on my motorcycle, when I saw a Bli van in the distance. I started my bike up, and rode off in the opposite direction, pressing the throttle as far as hard as I could. The van was gaining on me. Suddenly I felt a sharp pain in my shoulder, and had to slow down. I looked over, to see a ring of burnt, bloody skin in my shoulder. I grit my teeth and sped up again. I felt another sharp pain in my back, and another ray popped the back tire of my bike. I stopped, and fell to the ground. I had a searing pain in my back and my shoulder. I was trying to fight to stay awake, but it was useless. Just before I closed my eyes, I heard footsteps coming up behind me, and then I slipped into a strangely peaceful darkness.
