(Hey, Killjoys! I have a new Fanfic out. Comment and tell me what you think, please?)
(Ten Years Ago)
“Me amore....” the young boy said, as he led a blushing girl onto one of the bridges in West Hudson Park.
“Oh! Stop. You're too romantic!” the girl blushed.
They were there at night, the huge, white moon shining over the river flowing lazily below. The forest was all around them, and it would have been a very scary place to be, had they not been together.
“That's the whole point.” the boy said, grinning. He pulled her close to his body, running his hands through her hair.
“Oh.....” she sighed, loving the way his soft hands felt through her hair. She leaned in, and their noses touched.
“My beautiful Rose.” he said. Her long, blood red hair falling over her eyes. They leaned in to kiss, and the boy swung her around so she was leaning against the rail of the bridge.
“Oh....” she said again, and then paused. The boy was pulling away. He looked down at her, grinning. This time, it was playful, or romantic, but evil. She started to walk, but he stopped her, grabbing her shoulders.
“Don't walk out in the night with complete strangers.” he growled, every nice and romantic part of him gone. He was a dark angel, the moonlight making him look like a black, but beautiful shadow. He leaned over her, smiling maliciously. She froze, staring in awe and horror, at the same time.
“Please don't...” she whispered. He laughed again.
“You have to learn your lesson. You girls are too pretty to live, anyway.” he said.
She gasped. “What do you....” then he pushed her. She screamed, and her body fell into the river. The current caught her and pulled her under. She panicked, and started thrashing, but her body fell down further. She tried to scream, and the water flooded into her mouth.
The boy watched her over the rail. She lifter her hand up to him, a last plea for help. She fell too fast, though, and her hair sparkled in the water. Her eyes lost their light, and she slowly closed them as she fell to the river bed, her heart heaving it's final beat. The boy smiled and walked away.

“Welcome to Newark!” The sign said as a boy with a curly brown afro and an Iron Maiden t-shirt on. His parents were singing “Row Row Row Your Boat” and trying to get Ray's older brother to sing along. Before Ray could get preyed on, he pulled on his headphones and started listening to Iron Madien. He almost started to headbang, he was getting so into it, but the car had stopped.
“Ray! Look! It's a really old house!” Ray's brother Louis was shaking his shoulder. He got chills as he looked up. At least it wasn't a huge haunted mansion, but it was definitely creepy. At least, it looked normal, but he got a very weird feeling.
“Oh, come on, Lou, it's not that scary.” Ray shrugged, trying to act tough.
“Well, let's get inside, and see if we can get things put together. The furniture is mostly here, let's see if we can get your bags into your room.” Their dad said.
“Okay, dad.” Louis said. He ran with his bag, and Ray ran after him. He knew Louis would be able to pick out his room first if he was quick enough. He ran upstairs and found a bedroom with a bathroom attached. Ray grinned and started unpacking quickly. Suddenly, he heard his brother laugh loudly.
“I got the one with a bathroom!” he yelled. Ray opened up his bathroom door to see Louis grinned.
“Aww! Come on!” Ray sighed. There were two doors in the bathroom. That meant he would still have to share. He sighed and put up his stero, plugging it in and started playing some Megadeath Slayer. He was hopping a little to the music as he put his clothes in the closet and was getting to his CDs when his mom was calling him. He paused the music and ran downstairs, loudly. Then he stopped and blushed. There was a family, obviously some neighbors, who were in the entry way. There were two boys about his age, one with black and brown hair and wearing a David Bowie t-shirt and skinny jeans. He was sitting next to a boy with lighter brown hair and black and white glasses. This boy had on a Queen t-shirt and grew skinny jeans. They stuck together, and looked at Ray shyly. Ray smiled largely at them. Just seeing the kinds of music they liked, he could tell that they were going to befriends.
“Ray.” His mom sighed at Ray's entrance. “This is Mr. and Mrs. Way, and their sons, Gerard and Mikey.” Ray shook Mr. and Mrs. Way's hands and grinned at Gerard and Mikey.
“You want to come and see my room?” He asked them. They smiled and nodded. As they went up, you could hear Louis playing some Led Zeplin on his guitar.
“Wow, that's your brother playing?” Gerard asked.
“Yeah. I'm not even half as good as he is, but I'm working on it.” Ray shrugged.
“Then you have to be five times better then I am.” Gerard laughed.
“Maybe.” Ray said.
“Dude, you have an awesome 'fro. We have a friend who has a 'fro like yours, only it's red.” Mikey said.
“Thanks! Who do you know who has one?” Ray asked, immediately interested.
“You come over to our house sometime, and you can meet them. They're twin sisters, and Mikey has been crushing on the black-haired one ever since kindergarten.” Gerard laughed.
“Shut up!” Mikey mumbled.
“So twins with black and red hair?” Ray asked, confused.
“They are both originally brunettes, but they LOVE to dye their hair. For a long time, one had green and blue hair. Then she got sick of it and dyed it black.” Mikey laughed.
“Oh, cool.” Ray said.
“Yeah, and you can always come over for coffee.” Mikey said. Ray grinned. He already had friends.
