Hey!
I am writing in this blog more than my MySpace. I don't have as many posts yet, but it's on the way. Anyway, I have great news!
Back in February and March, I knew I wanted to go to Canyon Lake this summer if I could. I knew I would have to speak up soon, so in late April/ early May, I contacted my Auntie Billye (my grandma's cousin- but that's the name my brothers and I always called her) and told her I wanted to come. I told my mom as well since it would be stupid not to.
We talked online and I told her which week would be best for me. Since then, I contacted my grandma to see if she could take me and she said she probably would be able to. If not, Mom would meet Billye somewhere on the highway between here and Canyon Lake. I am to go on July 22. That gives me until the 31st to be there! So, I'm going to Canyon Lake! Hopefully it won't be in as bad a drought as last year.
I have to be home on the 1st because my brother, sister in law, niece and nephew are coming here from Germany! They leave on the 1st, but they won't be here till the 2nd apparently because of the way they are traveling. I am so excited because they will be here during my nephew's first birthday! This summer is so awesome.
This summer is so awesome because I turn 21 in exactly 3 weeks! I'm planning on seeing Knight and Day and going out to eat. I get to go to Canyon Lake again, see my brother and his family, AND celebrate my 21st birthday! YEEEEAAAAHHHH!!!!!
