*Insert loudest scream ever*

I've seriously been depressed since this summer. I'm running out of ideas on how to make myself feel better. I've been sleeping almost all day because i don't want to leave my room and do things anymore. I don't know what else to do. Please help me out, what should i do? Listening to music before i go to sleep has made me feel better a little but i don't know how to deal with the day when i have to go to school. I've lost interest in everything. I feel so emotionless and this is not who i usually am. I'm usually fun and free-spirited and always doing something. I need tips on how to feel better because i'm tired of feeling so low.
