(THE NEXT DAY.)
I stayed in my bed all day the next day, wearing his hoodie and crying my eyes out. I hadn't even changed out of the jeans and black sparkly tank top I had worn the night before. Periodically my mom would come in and check on me, but I would just ignore her. I didn't want to talk about it. I didn't want to move from my spot in my bed. Every couple hours I texted Luke saying "i'm sorry :'( please believe me?" but he never texted back. To make the heartbreak even worse, I was wicked hung over from the five or six drinks I wasn't even supposed to have because I was still sick. At about three that afternoon, Mom came in. "Julie, honey? Someone's here to see you. Gerard, I think he said his name was?" She opened the door a little bit more and let Gee in. "I'll... leave you two alone, I guess..." Mom said as she closed the door slowly. When we knew she was gone, he laid down next to me. I put my head against his chest and he put an arm around me. "I know. I know. It hurts." He said as I continued to cry. "I know how Mikey can get sometimes. He's not very good at controlling himself when he's drunk." I looked at him. "That's just making it even worse." I said flatly through my stuffy nose. "This'll work better if you just keep quiet." I said and he nodded.
(GEE'S POV)
My brother was SO going to get it when I got home. First off, he knew she was Luke's girlfriend. Second, he knew that other bro's gf's are strictly off limits. And third, he knew that I had a crush on her.
