Gee's sick :(

my boyfriend Gerard is really sick. he threw up on me twice and he refuses to eat. some nights he can't go to sleep because of his nightmares or he's in pain.i really want him to be the bright and happy Gerard i know and i hate seeing him like this. i try to help but he says he'll be alright. i'm just really worried for him. plz help :(
