Some possible advice

I've tried this a couple times and it's worked pretty well. If your having a rough day treat yourself! It can be anything really. You could eat a piece of candy that you love (don't go overboard though) draw something, paint your nails (idk), something that you'll be proud of once you finish. You could even invite a friend over. Stuff like this has improved my mood many times. Tell me if you take my really bad advice! Thanks and stay strong everyone :) ~LightningShadow
