...Valentine's Day is called Ystävänpäivä, "ystävä" meaning "friend", and "päivä" meaning day. So, Friend's Day. Maybe this is why I don't hate it so much despite the fact that I've never had a lover in my life. I dunno, I used to give out cards that said /Valentine's Day is not just for lovers - It's for friends like you & me./ Lame? Perhaps. But true anyway. I dunno, random thought.
