Woo... I have no life.

Yesterday I spent eleven hours on YouTube. Know what I did? I listened to AFI, and found these two new bands that are pretty awesome.
Mostly though, I listened to AFI, which was kind of ridiculous after the first two hours. I literally did nothing but that, and check Facebook occasionally, and chat with my friend Lauren. And after around nine hours, another friend of mine got on and encouraged me to look up some White Stripes videos, so that was fun.
The video is my favourite song from one of those new bands - Foals. Very odd, and the meat is a little gross-looking, but I still like it. ^-^ Another good song to look up is Half In Love With Elizabeth - Mystery Jets. In case you're bored/curious.
... In other news, yep, I'm still listening to AFI. My dad and step-mom are just now starting to cook for Thanksgiving. We have the same thing every Thanksgiving, and every other time my dad's in a good mood - something called Frogmore (not sure if I spelled that right) Stew. It's got crab legs, potatoes, corn and something else I can't remember in it. Kinda gross after the 320985th time eating it. :/
But, I'm quite excited to be going over to my mom's, because she's been cooking since yesterday and we'll have a proper Thanksgiving with food out the wazoo and enough leftovers to feed a third-world country. o_o It'll be great, though. I'm just not excited about eating at a table with her creepy boyfriend.
His name is Mike, so maybe I can just pretend I'm eating Thanksgiving dinner with Mike Dirnt. It'd be a bit of a long shot to try and pretend he was Mikey, which is kind of a shame... oh well.
