The recipient of the My Chemical Romance at-venue Meet & Greet with the band will be notified by e-mail on December 6th, 2010. If the recipient of the print cannot be contacted or does not respond within three (3) days of Warner Bros. Records Inc.'s first attempt to contact the recipient, Warner Bros. Records Inc. will draw another recipient.
The drawing is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California and participants in the drawing hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those laws for any causes or controversies arising out of the drawing. Each participant waives any and all objections to jurisdiction and venue in these courts. All national, federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited.
Each participant releases and holds harmless Warner Bros. Records Inc., and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the autographed photo print drawing.
