Melbourne Sideshow???
I was wondering if you guys can like organise a sideshow in Melbourne. That is the only way I will be able to go and I am SO bummed that i cant go to soundwave or the Sydney sideshow.

this sucks it has to be on a thursday night,, which is a school night for me... and im just starting year 11.. so that means ill get shitloads of work... plus i really love mcr too fucking much to not be able to go to this.. by parents law... i am soo going to get a job this holidays no matter the cost... im already seeing two other bands in december and my parents have paid shit too much for me..
oh well... if i dont go im seriously going to cry so bloody much... ive only seen my chem once and that was '07 and its been too long... i know i havent been a fan as long as some.. but im a really big fan so ill be extremely cut if i dont go... i want to try go to as many mcr shows as i ccan... especuially when they dont come out down under that often///

Perhaps, you know, we'd love to have another MCR show, and maybe, we're big fans as well. Why are you assuming you're more "dedicated" and "hardcore" fans? I am so gutted, I missed the Black Parade because I was >< this close to going bankrupt, and I'd already begged and borrowed all I could. So SW comes up and I spend it up to make sure I get tix for that, and now there's a concert and I can't afford to go.......:( :( :(

I cried when I found out the Soundwave bill for 2010. I was so excited and incredibly happy when I found out I was going to see you guys again. But then I cried even more when I heard you were playing a side show and it wasn't in Melbourne. Why do you have to announce a side show in Sydney the day before Melbourne Soundwave? You're spending a whole fucking week in Sydney and Adelaide, why can't you do a Melbourne side show? I'm not just saying this because I am from Melbourne, but Melbourne is the better city in Australia. Our fans are more dedicated and we have the friendliest crowds and mosh pits. What I don't understand is, Melbourne Soundwave sold out, Sydney didn't. Melbourne deserves a side show more than Sydney does because we did sell out, which clearly means if you do a Melbourne side show, it will also sell out and you'll get a bigger crowd. I love and respect you guys more than anything, no matter where you do your shows, but I've been waiting for almost two years to be able to see the people who are responisble for my existance again for the second time, and you disappoint me, and the rest of Melbourne by announcing only one side show in Sydney. So now all the real My Chemical Romance fans in Melbourne only get to see you for not even an hour, and Sydney get a whole other show. Thanks, guys. I hope you come to your senses and listen to all the angry and upset Melbourne fans and play another show here. See you in February I guess...

I'm 18 and by the time My Chem come for Soundwave I'll be flying from Port Douglas QLD to Sydney then From Sydney to Melbourne. But Im old enough to earn my own money, I have the will to save my money and Im also old enough to be able to do that.
I highly doubt your parents would even let you fly to a different state to see a band that like most parents dont approve of.
Please dont freak out because you cant see them more than once. Be happy and fortunate that you get to see them before they stop touring for good.
Some people have never seen them before and some never will.

Ok kid, Ive loved these guys since i was 12 and NEVER been able to see them fucking live! Imagine you lived in Manchester (UK) and the ONE night they play there, you have to go to LONDON! Then the night they are in London, YOUR BACK IN FUCKING MANCHESTER!!!! Oh and the ONE morning Gee does a comic book signing on your FAVE GRAPHIC NOVEL EVER IN LONDON WHILE YOUR IN LONDON BEFORE THEY PLAY LIVE - you've got a fucking sound check at the Albert hall.
