I feel totally hated...

Soooo...my ex boyfriend, who is also in a band with me, said he doesn't care about me (with lots of these: !) in a text message. It's been tearing me up all day. I tried to cry, but no tears have flowed. To make things worse, someone else said they are done helping me. I feel totally in the dark. I need someone, at least one fellow solider, to hold a candle and light my way...
