Confused...

Okay guys. I don't know what to do.
I'm in a band, but I'm thinking of kicking myself out. I'll tell you why. The guitarist is being a real jerk. I mean, he's ignoring me for a month, at least...could be more. He said some pretty mean, degrading stuff to me the week before...so I don't know if I should stay or go. Please give any advice.
