35 Days, 35 Albums- The Countdown to Conventional Weapons

So basically, my life is MCR 24/7; they’re by far my favorite band, and they mean more to me than I can explain.

I mean, they are so important to me, and just no other band quite gets me the same way MCR does.

So, naturally, I was quite excited to hear about Conventional Weapons.

However, I also knew that until right up to October 30, my patience would be greatly tested on waiting to hear the new songs. I knew that this break between eras would be a little slow. I also know that on October 30, the MCR community would blow up like a heart hand grenade. With the thought that very shortly I would go back to living, breathing and sleeping My Chem, I came up with the thought that I should use this slight break between eras to maybe get into some other bands to pass the torturous wait until the release.

So I decided that for the next 35 days, everyday, I would broaden my musical horizons by listening to albums that I hadn’t listened to yet. I started this two weeks ago. And so far, I’m just about right on track. However, I’ve got a ways to go, but I’ve listened to a lot of good music, and I’m actually really enjoying it.

And today I decided that I was start posting to keep up with all the albums so far.

Let me know what you think!
