My Chemical Romance Pulp angers fans

My Chemical Romance has left fans of Pulp angry since he decided to do a cover of the band's greatest classic Common People for the famous radio program Radio 1's Live Lounge. once the song was transmitted YouTube and Twitter had become inundated with messages of anger.

(For those who do not know what Pulp was one of the most beloved British bands of the 90s.)

Led by Jarvis Cocker, the group was a more ironic and sophisticated version of Britpop, which explains their success have been more restricted to England. The reaction to the cover of MCR was perhaps expected, since we speak of a cult band with fans and a rather radical view that do not admit a band identified with the "emos" (though they have already left the label back there) "defiling" one of the most iconic songs of their lives.

But the truth is that the screaming does not have much reason to be. The cover of My Chemical Romance is pretty faithful to the original (unlike what they did with Bob Dylan's Desolation Row for example) the Pulp and submit a new generation of fans.

For those who want to hear a bizarre version of the same song suggest a cover done by actor William Shatner (Himself of "Star Trek" and "$#*! My Dad Says ") in collaboration with pianist Ben Folds:
